Worker bending an iron plate at Tsuneishi Iron Works, a part of Tsuneishi Holdings that prepares ship pieces that will be used at Tsuneishi shipbuilding. Complicated shapes of the iron plates can not be created by machines so workers have to work on each piece for up to 15 hours to give it the right shape. Because of the very high summer temperatures at the factory he has removed the safety helmet that all workers are required to wear at all times.
