TOYAMA MEDICINE.Traditional medicine in IKEDAYA YASUBEI SHOTEN a traditional medicine shop in Toyama city. Ikedaya-Yasubei Shoten preserves the atmosphere of a time-honored herbal medicine shop. "Ecchu-hangontan" written on the front sign of the shop is said to be a miracle medicine that reinvigorates one's body. In the shop, visitors can watch a demonstration of making pills by using the traditional hand-operated pill maker.
